Opening windows and doors are of joinery made quality with storm-resistant design, and with interchangeable side panels, the window can move on either side. The stunning garden room is made from high-grade 12mm pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm x 34mm framing, and the floor and roof are 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber with supplied mineral roof felt to complete the roof exterior. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied to the house, and post installation, you can top coat immediately with wood paint or stain. The summerhouse can be self-assembled with the help of two to three people using the instructions. A base which is flat and level to a sufficient size is required for the house and cannot be assembled on grass, soil or gravel as they will move with the weight of the house.
